32t Rubber Tire Gantry Crane Installed in the UAE

A customer, a wellknown modular building manufacturer in the UAE, ordered one 32t rubbertyred gantry crane from our company. The product specifications are as follows:

This crane is a fourwheel drive trackless gantry crane, suitable for large sites where it is impossible to lay crane rail foundations. It features electric steering, lateral movement, and slewing functions.

To ensure optimal performance, we upgraded the crane's travel mechanism by using sprocketdriven tyres, larger slewing motors and bearings, and a hydraulic jacking system. When the tyres are rotated 90°, the hydraulic jacking system lifts the crane, thereby preventing excessive friction between the tyres and the ground.

The crane frame was assembled by the customer. We sent our technicians to the site to perform electrical wiring and commissioning. After one week of work, the crane was successfully installed and passed the acceptance test.
