NLH European type double girder overhead crane is a double-girder lifting solution developed by our company, equipped with a european type electric hoist as the lifting equipment. It is widely used for material handling and lifting operations in workshops, warehouses, power stations, and similar industrial environments.
The crane mainly consists of a bridge frame, trolley traveling mechanism, crane traveling mechanism, and electric hoist. The bridge frame is composed of two main girders and end beams. The main girders usually adopt a box-type or truss structure, providing high strength and rigidity to withstand heavy loads. This overhead crane features a compact structure, smooth operation, and outstanding performance.
Designed and manufactured according to FEM/DIN standards
Advanced frequency conversion and speed regulation technology is adopted to achieve smooth start and stop, and the modular design improves work efficiency.
The structure is lightweight and compact, which reduces its own weight and improves its effective carrying capacity, making it suitable for factory environments with limited space.
The operation mechanism is more accurate, the operation is stable and flexible, and it can adapt to various complex working conditions.
The hub material of the small wheel set is ductile iron (high-strength cast iron material), which is very durable and does not require regular maintenance; the structure is simple and the manufacturing cost is low; it is easy to achieve high-precision manufacturing.
The end beam is welded or formed from rectangular steel pipe or steel plate. Equipped with double-rim wheels, buffers and derailment protection devices, high-strength bolts are used to ensure the accuracy and smooth operation of the whole machine.
Due to its design advantages, double-girder cranes can help reduce the initial investment in plant construction, increase productivity, reduce daily maintenance workload, reduce energy consumption, and obtain a higher return on investment.
Compared with traditional cranes, the limit distance from the hook to the wall is smaller and the headroom height is lower, thereby increasing the effective working space of the existing plant.
Compared with European single girder overhead cranes, it offers greater lifting capacity, more configuration options, and wider application possibilities.
