Deion:
This crane is a suspended, rail‑running light‑duty lifting device. Its core feature is the use of existing structural beams (e.g., I‑beams) in the workshop as supports for the traveling rails. The entire crane is suspended from the workshop ceiling, eliminating the need for additional supporting columns (brackets) and maximizing the use of workshop space. It adopts a single‑girder or H‑beam structure welded from high‑strength steel plates, featuring light weight, high manufacturing precision, and stable, reliable operation. The product is widely used in equipment maintenance, assembly lines, light‑duty workstation transfer, and other scenarios, making it an optimal solution for moving small to medium tonnage materials.
Material and manufacturing:
The main girder is made of Q235‑B steel plates welded into shape.
The steel plates are shot‑blasted to Sa2.5 standard.
Before welding, they are derusted and cleaned; automatic or semi‑automatic welding processes are used.
The end carriage is made of rectangular steel tubes or CNC‑formed parts, equipped with double‑flanged wheels, bumpers, and derailment protection.
The main girder and end carriage are connected by high‑strength bolts, ensuring high overall precision and smooth travel.
Main components:
Bridge – composed of the main girder and end carriage, it is the main structure of the crane. The main girder can take various forms: pure I‑beam, I‑beam with channel steel, or box girder.
Electric hoist – responsible for lifting loads and traveling along the main girder. Typically a European‑type electric hoist is used; a chain hoist is also optional.
Travel mechanism – drives the wheels on the end carriage to move the entire crane horizontally along the workshop rails.
Electrical system – supplies power to the crane and provides all control and protection functions.
Applications:
Equipment maintenance, workstation transfer, assembly workshops, warehouses, logistics lines, and other light‑duty environments.
Product Features
Compact & Efficient, Space-Saving
The crane features a compact structure that occupies minimal space, making it especially suitable for installation in low-ceiling workshops or places with height restrictions. Suspended from the roof, it allows full use of the floor space in the working area.
Lightweight Design, Excellent Economy
Compared with double-girder bridge cranes, this crane has a lighter dead weight and imposes lower load requirements on the plant building, thus reducing building investment costs.
Safe & Reliable, Easy Maintenance
The structural design is safe and reliable, equipped with multiple safety devices. At the same time, the relatively simple structure makes daily maintenance and servicing more convenient.
