The hook‑type double‑girder gantry crane is designed for severe heavy‑duty working conditions. With its extremely rigid box‑section double girders and mature design, it plays an irreplaceable role in heavy‑duty and frequent operations in industries such as steel, ports, bridges and roads, and mining. The crane is designed and manufactured in accordance with advanced European FEM standards, equipped with a European‑standard trolley, and adopts a three‑in‑one drive system. The whole crane uses PLC + frequency control technology, comprehensively improving its performance.
The crane structure consists of double main girders, legs (commonly A‑type or U‑type), and a lower cross beam. The lifting trolley, which is responsible for lifting and transverse movement of the load, comprises the hoisting mechanism and the trolley travel mechanism. The crane travel mechanism drives the entire crane to move longitudinally on rails laid on the ground. The electrical system includes the operator's cab, the electrical control system, and various safety devices (such as overload limiter, limit switches, rail clamps, anemometer, etc.), serving as the core and brain of the crane's operation and control.
